Job Description:

Detailed Job Responsibilities – General Accountant at THTAX

  • Receive, input, and process accounting documents.
  • Review accounting transactions and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Check, reconcile, and balance financial data between detailed and general records.
  • Record income, expenses, depreciation, fixed assets, liabilities, and other accounting transactions
  • Prepare tax reports, financial statements, and detailed financial explanations.
  • Collect, summarize, and provide accounting data when required
  • Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and inspectors, ensuring accurate reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

  • College degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

Skills:

  • Ability to plan, organize, and analyze financial reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Misa experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
