Regarding the approval of the operation of providing payment services without customer payment accounts

THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the State Bank of Vietnam Law dated June 16, 2010;
Pursuant to Decree No. .../.../ND-CP dated [date] [month] [year] of the Government regarding cashless payments and its amendments and supplements (if any);

Considering the Application for the approval of providing payment services without customer payment accounts and the attached documents from the Enterprise Providing Public Postal Services;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Payment Department.

DECIDES:

Article 1. Approves the operation of providing payment services without customer payment accounts:

1. Name of the organization:

   • Abbreviated name in Vietnamese and English, trading name (if any):

Article 2. Approved payment services without customer payment accounts:

Article 4. During the provision of payment services without customer payment accounts, the Enterprise Providing Public Postal Services must comply with the provisions in Decree No. ... dated [date] [month] [year] of the Government regarding cashless payments and its amendments and supplements (if any); Circular No. ... dated [date] [month] [year] of the State Bank of Vietnam regarding cashless payment services and its amendments and supplements (if any); and other relevant legal provisions.

Article 5. Effectiveness

This decision is effective for a period of 10 years from the date of signing.
