APPLICATION FOR PROVIDING PAYMENT SERVICES WITHOUT CUSTOMER PAYMENT ACCOUNTS

To: The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.

Pursuant to the Resolution of the meeting of the Members' Council/Board of Directors/General Meeting of Shareholders of the Enterprise Providing Public Postal Services dated [date] [month] [year], agreeing on the request for providing payment services without customer payment accounts;

(Enterprise Providing Public Postal Services) requests the State Bank of Vietnam to consider approving the provision of payment services without customer payment accounts with the following details:

   • Trading name (if any):
